How Do I Send a Mass Email to All Customers at Once?

To send an email to all your customers:

  1. Create an email template and save it.
  2. Navigate to Worfklows | GLOBAL RULES tab.
  3. Click ADD RULE in the top right corner of the page to create a new rule.
    This will open the Add new rule dialog where you need to set the following:
    1. Select the Daily/Weekly/Monthly time trigger from the Event combo box.
    2. Set the date when the email should be sent.
      For example, if you set the Cadence to Monthly and specify the date (the date is in the workflow's timezone), then this date will be the starting date from which the action will be carried out periodically.
    3. Select the template created in step 1.
    4. Save the rule to confirm the settings.
  4. On the GLOBAL RULES tab, make sure that the Global rules state is ACTIVE.
    If not, click on the Global rules settings icon on the right and switch the state to ACTIVE.
  5. Wait for the rule to trigger on the set date.
  6. Go to the Communications page and check that the emails were sent.

Note

If you have a large number of customers, sending all the reminders will take some time. This is because YayPay includes a random pause of a few seconds between each message to prevent over-sending, which could lead to the messages being blocked by email servers.

If you want the emails to be sent just once, delete the rule after it has been executed.
