If you can't log in to the YayPay application:
1. Please check the credentials you enter (make sure you enter the e-mail address that is used for your account and the latest version of your password if you have changed one)
2. Check if you have caps lock button enabled or a different language keyboard set
3. If you are not able to log in, please click on Forgot your password?
- A new window pops up: enter your account e-mail address and click Reset Password
- Check your e-mail inbox and follow the instructions from the Password reset e-mail
