What does it mean if the status of my account is an "Error"?

The status field on your account shows the sending status of your last email. If you see a status of "error", there is likely no billing contact email for your customer. In remote cases, there may be an error with the email being sent out that causes the status of "error". In that scenario, please email support@yaypay.com
