1) Save filters on the Aging Report

- YayPay has a wide range of filters available to make your life easier when analyzing your Aging Reports

- Now when you navigate to a different page and return to the Aging Report the filter is saved, rather than having to start from scratch (see below video for more information)

2) Automatically remove promise-to-pay invoices from workflows

- In the previous release we implemented the ability to manually exclude individual invoices from collection workflows

- YayPay now has a setting that can be turned on that will allow invoices that have been marked as "promise-to-pay" to be automatically excluded from collection workflows (see below video for more information)

3) New filter for Sales/Customer Success Representatives

- We could previously assign AR Specialists and Sales/Customer Success Representatives to customers on the Aging Report, but only filter by AR Specialists

- You can now filter by Sales/Customer Success Representatives as well (see below video for more information)

4) YayPay generated weekly payment report

- YayPay is introducing new payment functionality, that allows customers to be paid directly through our portal

- We now send an automatic report on a weekly basis that allows for easy reconciliation with your ERP (see below video for more information)
