1) Ability to attach additional documents
- YayPay currently has the functionality to attach the pdf directly from the ERP with the email reminder
- However, in certain circumstances you may want to attach additional documents – whether it is a statement of work, a monthly statement, or a separate contract, which is now available through the customer statement (see below video for more information)
2) Detailed Transaction Report Download
- We have had a few requests here at YayPay for the ability to download an AR Aging detail, as currently the aging report in YayPay is on a customer level
- Implementing this AR Aging detail is on the product roadmap and will be delivered in Q4 of this year
- In the interim, if you need to analyze the detail of your transactions go to Settings --> Reports --> Transaction Report (see below video for more information)
3) Payment Probability
- We understand how important it is for AR teams to forecast their cash month-to-month, and how hard it can be to predict when invoices will be paid
- Using machine learning, we have implemented a model that predicts the probability that an invoice will be paid prior to the due date
4) Partial Payment
- A feature we have added this month to the payments portal is the ability to partial pay
- Previously you could only pay the full amount of an invoice listed in YayPay, limiting the options for both the AR specialists taking payments, as well as the Customers who are paying via self-service on the portal (see below video for more information)
