Business Setting - Send StatementBalance tag by the invoice currency
If the setting is enabled, the Statement Balance Dynamic tag is sent as a few totals by the currency of customer's invoices.
Business Setting - To-Do page - show time in reports in browser time zone
If enabled, all the dates in reports are in the time zone of your computer (browser) and match the grid.
Use case: if you have users working from time zones different from the Timezone of your main Business Office, to match dates in the To-Do grid and reporting, enable this checkbox.
Business Setting - YayPay as system of records for Invoice level billing contacts
By default, YayPay considers your ERP as a system of records, so any changes made inside the system are overwritten with the nearest synchronization. To avoid these, enable the checkbox, and the contacts modified inside YayPay are not affected.
Ability to access the Global Search for Sales/CS Role
The access can be allowed/restricted in Settings =>Security Groups with the setting "Restrict access to Global Search". The settings is enabled by default and can be disabled in a custom security group (cannot be disabled in a system security group).
Email pause all button
Setting =>Email=> Outgoing
It blocks all the outgoing communication (automatic and manual reminders, as well as reports)
When you stop all outgoing communication, they still will be reflected in the communications tab with an error: All emails are paused.
Mobile phone number for a contact
Ability to add a mobile phone number while editing the contact on the statement page
Manage Invoice Billing Contact
The ability to assign a contact from Customer's contact list as an Invoice Billing contact or unassign a current one.
Stripe - invoice number and customer name push
For a better experience, YayPay adds now customer's name and invoice number to Stripe. The info is added in the Description field. If there are multiple invoices, they are all mentioned.

Consolidated notes view for parent/child
When consolidation workflow mode is on, all children's notes are reflected in a parent statement.
Integration
Ability to push Customer’s Notes to SalesForce
To activate the feature, the checkbox Push the Customer Note to SalesForce should be enabled in Settings=>Integration=>Saleseforce tab. On this condition, the created notes are pushed to SalesForce.
With the current implementation, both customer and invoice notes will be pushed to SF.
Important: Salesforce connector is required in order to be able to push notes to SF. In Salesforce, the Notes tab should be created for the account.
