Advanced Disputes
Check out our new Advanced Disputes module which is very beneficial for companies that manage a high volume of disputes and includes a workspace for managing disputes all over the system in one place.
Using Advanced Disputes you can handle the disputes across all your customers:
- view the total disputed amount, number of open disputes/companies with open disputes
- manage disputes in bulk
- log disputes at the item level
- Automate actions when disputes reach a certain age
- sort, and filter disputes by their codes, users assigned (AR Specialist/Sales/Customer Success), and the type (invoice, line-item)
- view the details of a particular dispute, including the entire history
- add comments
- upload/download the related documents

Business Intelligence module
Ability to manage access to the Business Intelligence (Reporting) module and managing reports functionality for the Sales/CS users (see Security Groups page):

A new setting (Settings > Business) has been added to allow making payments in non-USD currencies (business- or customer-level) when creating Recurring/On account payment plans: when enabled - business-level currency is used; when disabled - the payment plans are switched to the customer-level currency:

ACH compliance
Now for all payment service providers, SEC value is determined based on the account holder type selected: Business - "CCD", Personal - "WEB".
System features
- "Customer Replied" status for inbound emails. A new status "Customer Replied" is assigned to an email when the "From" field of an inbound message has been matched to the contact of the assigned customer. "Customer Replied" status can be also used as a filter.
- Ability to archive the incoming emails on the Communications page so as to avoid the mess in your INBOX and be able to work only with active messages: the archived email is removed from the inbox, and appears again in case a new reply in the thread is received.
- Ability to hide the "Status" column for closed invoices: a new setting (Settings > Business) has been added to allow hiding the "Status" column for closed invoices on the Customer Portal:
- Business setting "Customer Statement - Allow autopayment/recurring payment installment" was split into
a. Customer Portal - Allow autopayment installment
b. Customer Portal - Allow recurring payment installment
For companies with the old single setting enabled, both new settings were kept enabled; for those with the old setting disabled - two new settings are disabled as well.
- "Payment type" custom condition has been added to the "Payment received" event: configure the required operator and input the type of the payment (SVB Direct ACH, ACH/Wire Operating, Check, Master Card, VISA):
