Delay Automatic Emails over the Weekend
In Workflows/Global Rules settings, now there is an option to delay automatic emails over the weekend and send them on Monday morning starting from 9 a.m. (according to the timezone selected in the settings).
Access to the Payment Activities tab for Sales/CS
Configure the access to the Payment Activities tab (located on the Statement page) for Sales/CS users: go to Settings > Security Groups > Sales/CS and enable/disable the function Restrict access to Payment Activities tab.
Hide the Send Email Option from the Customer Portal
We added a new Business Setting for you to be able to hide the Send Email functionality from the Customer Portal.
When enabled, the users of the Customer Portal do not see it:

New Business Setting: Do not create to-do when promise to pay is opened
Configure this setting if you do not want the system to automatically create a To-Do item after a Promise to Pay is opened.
When enabled, a Promise to Pay does not trigger the creation of a To-Do item on the To-Do page (whereas it does by default).
Global Search Results Page Improvement
The results page for the Global Search was improved.
Now you can customize the grid:
- resize columns
- sort columns
- move columns around the grid
Your customized grid view will be kept when you switch between the tabs (CUSTOMER, INVOICES, COMMUNICATIONS):

- addition of the activity ID to the Customer Activity endpoints
- Bulk Export API (invoice, credit memo, adjustment)
