Business Intelligence Module

Check out our new Business Intelligence module, which is a useful analytical and reporting tool for business purposes: various reports (based on different data sources) can be created, saved, edited, and exported. 

To quickly start working with reports section, there is a "YayPay Sample Reports group" with ready-made report samples in it, so you can see the examples of reports, use them if needed or create your own custom reports on top of these examples.

The reports have "Filters" and "Presets" options, and there is also a possibility to manage subsidiaries to include their data to report, and a "Report Schedule" option to send report e-mails to other users. 

The Dashboard Builder helps to create visualization of particular data in the form of widgets from multiple data sources.

The ability to access the Business Intelligence module, manage and download custom reports can be restricted for defined security groups in Settings>Security groups.

A new Payment Service Provider, which can work with different currencies, CC and Bank.

Application features 

Multiple Disputes 

  • Ability to open and resolve multiple disputes at a time: in the Statement page select several invoices and click “Open Dispute” on the actions panel. In the “Open Dispute” window you can select the dispute code and add the comment, and these will be applied to all the selected invoices.  

Manage Invoice billing contacts

  • Invoice Billing contacts are displayed in the new column (Select Columns => Billing contact e-mail"). The displayed e-mail addresses are clickable, and if clicked, are opened in a default e-mail client of the user’s PC). The billing contact e-mails can also be sorted or filtered if necessary 

Manage access for Sales/CS to ToDo Page

  • The Sales/CS now can be given access to “TO-DO” page (with respect to the assigned customers). Go to Settings>Security Groups>SALES/CS, and uncheck the checkbox “Restrict access to To-Do" for the required user group. The access is restricted by default. 
  • The respective To-Do tab is displayed in the Statement page. 
  • Allow/restrict Sales/CS ability to manage To-Do items by enabling/disabling  “Update To-Do items” setting in Security Groups. 
NOTE: There is an ability to provide access to all customers within the subsidiary by unchecking the box “Access to assigned customers only”.


Custom condition for disputes in rules for invoice events added

  • New custom condition for invoice events is added: while setting up the custom condition for Invoice Type, you can choose the Field "Dispute code" or "Dispute subcode", and type in the dispute code/sub-code in the Value line.


Ability to sync notes between the consolidated instance and the subsidiary added

  • For companies using "Consolidated" instances, there is a new ability: when a note is created at the consolidated instance, it is also recorded at the subsidiary instance at both the customer and invoice level. This sync also works vice versa: being created at the subsidiary instance, the note is synced to the consolidated instance.


ERP ID and Invoice Amount Paid columns added to Payments report

New fields have been added to Payments report Excel file:

  • “Customer #” on the "By customer" tab (Customer # being a ERP ID)
  • “Customer #” on the "By invoice" tab (Customer # being a ERP ID) 
  • “Invoice Applied Payment Amount" on the "By invoice" tab

  • Download Sales credit memos as Credit memos - link will be provided 

API: 

  • Ability to update Partial invoice: the status (paid/unpaid) and the paid amount can be updated
  • New endpoints for Promise to Pay  
  • New endpoints for disputes

NetSuite

  • Exchange Rate Calculations for adjustments
  • Ability to depict “Item” and “Bill to” fields for cash sales
