Check out our new Advanced Credit* module, incorporating Credit Form Builder, Submitted Applications section, and Credit Scorecards functionality.
The Advanced Credit module provides your credit managers with the ability to automate the process of requesting your new or prospective customers to fill out a customized digital credit application so they can use that in their credit decisions.
The Credit Form Builder incorporates the ability to create a custom template for credit applications, submitted by your customers. Your customers will be required to fill out the created form and attach the necessary documents. As an alternative, there is a default ready-to-use credit application form available:

To effectively score your customers with respect to their credit history, use the Credit Scorecards functionality. Depending on your business requirements, you can combine YayPay's payment score (from A to D, also see Customer Payment Scoring article) and external credit rates along with the "Years in Business" indicator:

Application Features
Copy Workflow
The Copy Workflow functionality reduces manual work when copying workflows within one instance or between several instances. You can copy a workflow both to the same business and to a different one. All the rules and emails/mail templates of the workflow are copied, though some of them may require an additional manual review within the target business (see the article with a detailed description of the Copy Workflow feature). The link to an article with a detailed description of the Copy Workflow feature will be provided after release.
Improved View for PAYMENTS Tab on the Statement Page and Customer Portal
The grid of the Payments tab both on the Statement page and Customer portal was redesigned to include all the numbers of invoices related to one payment. If more than 10 invoices are included in the list, only the first ten are displayed, and the "View all" button appears:
PAYDEX Number Added to Company Report in Credit Inquiry
When using the "Dun&Bradstreet" as a credit reporting company for a rating on the Credit Inquiry page, the D&B PAYDEX number is now shown in the Company Report:
ERP ID Column Added to "Export to Excel Details" File on Aging Report
ERP ID column is now included in the Excel file after clicking "Export to Excel Details" provided "ERP ID" column is selected from the column-picker on the Aging Report.
Integration Features
Ability to Sync CSV Data by Entity ID
Now there is a possibility to sync the AR documents by the Entity ID (business and its subsidiaries) via the CSV connector:
