As you assign or re-assign a workflow to your Customer, YayPay tracks these changes for you so as to provide you / your team an audit history.
Where do I view Workflow Assignment changes?
Use the "CHANGE LOG" tab located at the bottom of the Statement page to review your Workflow assignment changes for the customer.
In general, tracked workflow changes for the customer includes:
- When and who assigned a workflow, or re-assigned the customer to another workflow
- When and who paused a workflow, and subsequently resumed the workflow
This tab can be useful for simple troubleshooting such as if you thought an Email Reminder was to have taken place today but it did not. This tab would be a good starting point to check that the Workflow was assigned before/prior to the Event taking place - the Event itself is configured in your Workflow
It is important to note that the Workflow status needs to be Active and also assigned to the customer prior to any Automated actions taking place (Refer to this Article link)
