Which Payment Service Providers (PSPs) are supported?
Primary block:
REPAY - Credit Card, ACH (bank payments)
Merchant E-Solutions (MeS) - Credit Card, ACH (bank payments)
CardConnect - Credit Card, ACH (bank payments)
Paya - Credit Card, ACH (bank payments)
Secondary block:
NMI - for Credit Card payments (CAD currency)
Go Cardless - for Bank Payments
FlyWire - for both Credit Card and Bank Payments
Notes:
- Each payment provider can be connected individually.
- Individually connected secondary providers do not have full functionality without primary ones
- One primary and one secondary can be connected simultaneously
- Two providers from one block cannot be connected simultaneously
Can payment methods be saved internally and then be available through the client's view?
No

There is an option where we can turn this capability on for you if desire. Please, contacts support to enable this.
Can you save a card on the account without making a payment?
Yes, a credit card can be saved for future use without making a payment. There is a "Manage accounts" option available when simulating invoice payment or payment on account.
Can you save banking information without making a payment?
Yes, bank transfer information can be saved for future use without making a payment. There is a "Manage accounts" option available when simulating invoice payment or payment on account.
Which card/bank transfer data will be saved if two Payment Service Providers are connected?
When saving a credit card/bank transfer data while making a payment, the system will save a token with the PSP processing payment. When saving a credit card/bank transfer data via a "Manage accounts" option (for future payments), a token with primary PSP will be saved.
Can a saved payment method be updated to auto-pay without re-entering the card information?
Yes
Do saved payment methods expire?
No, they will be available until removed.
