Credits

In YayPay, all users can access the following credit information and use the related functionality:

Aging Report page – use the Credit Limit exceeded filter.
Invoices page – use the Credit Limit exceeded filter and add the Credit Limit column to the grid
Statement page page – view the credit limit and see the list of all the open credits brought over from your ERP.
Customer Portal web page – iew open credits (configurable in Settings | Business), display the customer's credit limit in their currency and display the OPEN CREDITS tab where you can access a list of all open credits brought over from your ERP.
Use the {CustomerCreditLimit} dynamic tag.
Use the Balance is approaching credit limit workflow event.
Use the Credit Mapping Excel functionality.

You can request and access the advanced credit functionality, which offers a dedicated Credit page along with a range of additional features like managing credit rates and IDs, Credit Application - Credit Application received and Customer - Credit Score has changed by X points workflow events, the {CreditApplicationBusinessName} and {CreditAppTemplateLink.[Name]} dynamic tags and more.
