Application / Statement Page

Statement Page System-wide settings

The Statement page provides detailed information about a specific end customer. You can access this page for example by clicking on the customer's name on the Aging Report page.

To configure the Statement page, go to the Settings | Business page in YayPay. The following sections describe the available options.

Statement - Display Average Payment Time

If checked, the Average Payment Time (APT) will be displayed on the Statement page, accessible to AR Specialists.

By default, the APT calculation uses the invoice date of paid invoices within the past year, i.e. not older than 365 days from the current date. APT is generated in the platform and shown for customers who have at least one closed invoice within the past year.

Optionally, you can go to the Settings | Business page and check Dashboard - Calculate APT based on invoice due date to override the default calculation. To learn how to add the APT column to your Aging Report page and display it for all customers, see the How to get a report with average payment time (APT) by a customer? section.

Statement - Show Customer's ERP ID

If enabled, the Customer's ID synced from ERP is displayed on the Statement Page.

Statement - Do not indicate unallocated payments

As YayPay syncs with your ERP to bring over new information, the Payment tab within the Statement page displays:

  • Allocated payments - payments allocated to the invoice #'s
  • Not allocated payments - payments not yet allocated to any invoice. This will be shown using a ‘Not allocated’ label/text.

If the checkbox "Statement - Do not indicate unallocated payments" is selected, nothing will be displayed in the Text column (instead of ‘Not allocated’).
